This tool features a razor sharp, straight edge blade that ends in a pointy tip designed to puncture the skin on the initial cut. The blade its 4 3/4″ in length and proves extremely effective when it comes to removing fish scales or removing entrails. Extending from the butt of the knife handle is a gutting or roe spoon that aids in the removal of all unwanted internal parts of the fish.
